Allspice: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
Anise seed: fennel seed or anise extract
Apple pie spice: 1 teaspoon ~ ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp allspice, dash ground cloves or ginger
Cardamom: ground ginger
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon = ¼ tsp nutmeg or allspice
Chili powder: hot pepper sauce with dried oregano or ground cumin

Cumin: chili powder

Saffron: turmeric
Seasoning salt: fresh herbs spice blend, garlic powder (not garlic salt)
Thai seasoning: 1 Tbsp = 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder
