Avocado Dip

1 Large Avocado

2 cup Plain Yogurt

1 Diced Tomato

1 dash Lemon or Lime Juice

1 dash Cayenne Pepper

1 dash Sea Salt and Black Pepper


1Peel and pit avocado. Mash with a fork until very smooth

2Add yogurt, tomato, cayenne. Blend until smooth (in food processor, blender or with a fork)

3Add salt and pepper to taste

4Serve chilled with mixed raw vegetables
