Avocado Dip

    Makes 2 cups
  • 3 large avocados
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper

Method

    1. Peel and pit avocado. Mash with a fork until very smooth.
    2. Add yogurt, tomato, cayenne. Blend until smooth (in food processor, blender or with a fork).
    3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Serve chilled with mixed raw vegetables.
